SMS Terms
What we text, how often, and how to make it stop. We never send cold marketing texts and never sell opt-in data.

1.The messaging programme
Instant Authority LLC, doing business as Direct Marketing Monster sends text messages in two situations, and no others.
- Advertiser service messages. If you buy a slot and give us a mobile number, we text you about the things that keep your drop on schedule: an artwork deadline approaching, a proof waiting for approval, your results being ready, a renewal reminder, or a billing problem.
- Conversations on your tracked number. If you subscribe to Insights, people who text the number printed on your card reach you through our system, and your replies go back through it. Those are your conversations with your customers; we carry them.
2.How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you reserve a slot, complete intake, or ask us to text you, and by agreeing to these terms at that point. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us — decline it and we will email you instead.
If someone from the public texts a tracked number printed on one of our cards, they have started a conversation with that advertiser, and the advertiser may reply. That is the only message they will get from that number unless they keep writing.
3.Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. An advertiser typically receives a few messages per drop cycle — in practice a handful a month, more in the week before an artwork deadline.
4.HELP and STOP
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@directmarketingmonster.com.
- Opting out of texts does not cancel your advertising. We will switch to email for the things you need to know, and deadlines still apply.
- To opt back in, text START, or just tell us.
5.What happens to your number
Text messages sent to or from a tracked number are stored so the advertiser can see the conversation and so the message counts in their report are accurate. Calls to those numbers are recorded and the audio deleted after 90 days; North Carolina permits recording with one party’s consent. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
6.Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. If something time-sensitive has not reached you, assume the deadline still stands and check the portal.
